Writers talk about writing- all day long!

Writers FM is a twenty-four hour radio show broadcast over the internet. You can listen to it via the website (all day long, should you wish!) or download it in podcast form. It features author interviews, writing chat and even music, too. When I tuned in, there was an interesting discussion on writer's block.

Another great writing-related radio show now available in podcast form is Writers on Writing. Upcoming guests include the wonderful Kate Atkinson and Oprah fave Janet Fitch and past guests include... well, pretty much everyone (check out the list on the site, and the teeny writing they had to use to cram in everyone's name!)

Mmm, what can I say? With Keris&#39 earlier post, I only really had eyes for Kylie! (Such a pretty cover.) What I meant really was that Julie would no doubt be appearing on telly again at some point (after being on the BBC this morning) and she was talking about the importance of reading to children, etc... which was in another place completely! Sorry about that...

Well, somewhere I feel I really need a forum to mention that Julie Andrews (Dame) is over here plugging her new book/production of a mousical (yep, that&#39s what it&#39s called)(there&#39s a cute story behind the title) and it appears that Julie is also into writing now, and strongly believes in reading to children and having many books in every environment. Oh, well, I thought it was interesting anyway... She might just pop up on R&J when we&#39re not expecting it ...
