NaNoWriMo sale
Remember last November's National Novel Writing Month special? Well, you may not want to hear this, but November's not actually *that* far away...
In preparation for another year of finger-splitting typing, the NaNoWriMo site is having a sale on merchandise including this cool poster (right), which is designed by Jason Munn, bears the slogan "Thirty Days and Nights of Literary Abandon", and would look gorgeous in my office. (US$35)
Also on offer is the No Plot? No Problem kit which, while not including the (excellent) book, does include daily pep talk cards, a
book of "magical prose-producing coupons", a progress chart, stickers,
and other goodies to help get you through those gruelling 30 days. A bargain at ten bucks.
Roll on November ... in about three months.

Yes! I was checking out the sale too. I've been eyeing one of those cute t-shirts... And I love that poster.

I don't think the book is included in the kit. I kinda wish it was though. That would be a cool kit to own. Especially in time for November ;)

Thanks, Melanie - I was sure the email said it did. I thought it was a special offer. That'll teach me to read the small print. And that would explain why it's so cheap. Curses!

I've got to decide if I want the book or the Kit (with all the fun extras). I'd better make up my mind soon because the closer we get to November the faster those sale items will disappear, LOL!

Gah, August already?! Where does time go?
The book is brilliant and I quite fancy the kit too. Last year I quit NaNo as it November is a time for lots of coursework - so I was kind of disappointed. Am hoping to do all my coursework beforehand this year though!
