Hot on the heals of The Wife in the North, Mummy bloggers are the hot item of the moment for publishers to sign up. According to an article on mums and blogging in The Daily Telegraph a book called Single Mother on the Verge, from the blog of the same name, by Maria Roberts will be published by Penguin in February 2009.
The Buggy Blog, a blog set up by Charlotte Moreman on the Raising Kids website, has also been snapped up. Entitled Operating Instructions Not Included: The Life of an Everyday Mum, Virgin will be publishing this in March 2009.
