I saw this on Apartment Therapy and, although I don't like the chosen covers, I do like the idea.
The pictures above are from Urban Outfitters, but Apartment Therapy suggests you might like to try DIY: "Depending on your craft skills and equipment, you could scan in your favorite book cover yourself and print it out as tiles, or you could get to printed out professionally at a standard poster-size."
