Canongate and Walker set up YA imprint

Canongate books, the publisher who brought us Kelly Link's spooky short story collection Pretty Monsters, as well as Anne Donovan's beautifully written Buddha Da, have teamed up with Walker books in order to create a young adult imprint.

Walker Canongate will launch in July, with titles, according to The Bookseller, 'abridged for the YA market'. The books will be represented and marketed via Walker.
