BOOKISH TREATS: 'Don't judge a book by its movie' pins
Trashionista is
always on the lookout for cute, original and quirky book-related trinkets and
treats, and quite frankly, this one was hard to resist! With all the hype
surrounding Twilight, and not to mention the other books being adapted for the
big screen, we're surprised we hadn't seen these around sooner.
These pins don the
phrase 'Don't judge a book by its movie' (too true!) and are available from the
Barrel of Monkeys shop over at Etsy. And if you thought those were fab, check
out some of the other available pins (such as the 'Reading Is Sexy' set. Very,
VERY tempting...)
I only got interested in Twilight-the book after watching Twilight-the movie, and I can think of several average books that have become above average movies (Vikas Swarup's Q&A turning into the fabulous Slumdog Millionaire is one example) so really, I would like a pin with the exact opposite message. Do you know if there are any out there?
