Here at Trashi we love hearing of new book deals and just how debut authors are snapped up. So when we heard about Ceri Radford, whose debut novel A Surrey State of Affairs is released today, we couldn't help but be excited. According to the Press Gazette, Daily Telegraph journalist Ceri's story, based on her blog character Constance Harding that entertained readers from 2008, caught the interest of publishers last year.Ceri said: "It was a thrill to take my character and her mad ensemble of bell-ringers and runaway bankers off the computer screen and onto the printed page.
