Another book by Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly will hit the shleves next year - but this time, she'll be releasing her debut novel.
Tess, wife of fellow presenter Vernon Kay and author of 2010 book The Baby Diaries, will be turning her talents to fiction, and her novel The Camera Never Lies is due to be published in summer 2012 (hardback to be released in October 2011). The book will follow an ex-model turned breakfast presenter (familiar?) who faces intense behind-the-scenes drama.
According to The Bookseller, Coronet editor Charlotte Haycock said: "Tess is bringing some of the brilliant and often outrageous things that she has seen in her career as a model and in television to the page. Her incredibly funny novel has a larger than life cast of characters, bags of style and plenty of love and heartbreak too."
