Romance publisher Mills & Boon is this month urging women to take control of their destiny and propose to the man in their life.
A recent poll showed that 70% of men aged 30-39 would say yes if their girlfriend popped the question. Traditionally, 29th February is the only time a woman can propose, and this leap year, Mills & Boon are searching for the UK's most romantic woman in order to make her dream proposal happen.
To be in with a chance of winning this wonderful prize, entrants must submit a description of their dream proposal to proposal@millsandboon.co.uk by midnight on 17th February, or visit the website to find out more. The lucky winner will have her proposal arranged and paid for by Mills & Boon.
